I founded Elevate Health Consulting Group after more than 15 years in healthcare leadership to help physician practices, hospitals, and behavioral-health organizations grow with clarity, compliance, and compassion.
My Journey into healthcare leadership began at the bedside. After years as a CNA/CMA/HHA and Licensed Medical Assistant, I saw firsthand how burnout and disconnection between leaders and staff directly impacted patient care. That experience is what drove me to earn my Bachelors in Healthcare Administration—to bridge that gap and create systems where both patients and providers thrive!
My team partners with providers across Colorado and throughout the nation to strengthen operations, expand referral networks, and build sustainable systems that enhance both patient care and business performance.

After more than fifteen years leading hospitals, physician groups, and behavioral-health organizations, I created Elevate Health to help providers grow with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
My work is rooted in one belief: healthcare leadership should feel human. I partner with teams to strengthen compliance and operations while reigniting the why behind their mission—helping great providers deliver exceptional care without losing sight of the people they serve.
My foundation in patient care continues to guide every leadership decision I make. Having advanced from clinical direct care to executive leadership, I’ve maintained my BSN-level training and hands-on clinical insight, ensuring that every operational strategy I design stays aligned with quality, safety, and compassion at the bedside
